Plenary Panel

From its inception, the NDCFI has aimed to engage relevant stakeholder groups across key sectors for NDC implementation and financing: Public and private, local, regional, and international. It is built on an ambition to be more than the sum of its parts and aims to play an impactful role in convening key actors to learn from each other. It seeks to be a platform and a catalyst for collaboration on sustainable, inclusive, and prosperous island futures, and a de-carbonised, more resilient Caribbean.

The region is bracing for ever more severe climate impacts, while weathering the fallouts of various other crises, from health, to fiscal, from the marginalization of vulnerable groups, to world markets, supply chain disruptions, rising prices, and resource scarcity.

Panelists will share experiences and thoughts on the importance of partnerships and collaboration to enabling bold climate action and engage in a discussion on challenges and opportunities.
